Repairing the Truck Doesn’t Erase the Title Brand
Utah treats the truck’s history and its current condition as two different things. The Utah Motor Vehicle Enforcement Division explains that a rebuilt/restored vehicle is a salvage vehicle that has been repaired and restored to operation.
