2) Eligibility

You represent that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract; and
  • Have the legal authority to submit information about and/or sell the vehicle (as owner or authorized representative).

3) Quotes, Estimates, and Offers

Any price shown, quoted, or discussed (whether on the Site, by phone, text, or email) may be:

  • An estimate based on the information you provide; or
  • A conditional offer subject to verification and inspection.

Unless we explicitly provide a signed written purchase agreement, no quote or offer is binding. We may change or withdraw an estimate/offer if the vehicle information is inaccurate, incomplete, or changes, or if inspection results differ from what was disclosed.

4) Vehicle Information You Provide

When you submit a request (including “Get Your Offer”), you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including (as applicable):

  • VIN, mileage/odometer reading, year/make/model, trim/specs
  • Title status, lien status, ownership details
  • Accident history, damage, mechanical issues, modifications
  • Condition details (interior/exterior), photos, and location

You understand we rely on your information to evaluate the vehicle. If information is false or misleading, any estimate/offer may be adjusted or canceled.

5) Inspections

We may request photos/video, documents, or a physical inspection. Inspections may include checking:

  • Vehicle condition and functionality
  • Odometer/VIN verification
  • Title and lien information
  • Compliance issues, recalls, or other factors impacting value

If an inspection reveals undisclosed issues or differences from the submitted information, we may revise or withdraw the offer.

6) Completing a Sale (Purchase Agreement)

If we decide to buy your vehicle, you may be asked to sign a purchase agreement and provide required documents. A sale is not complete until:

  • A written agreement is executed (as applicable),
  • Title and ownership are properly transferred,
  • Any required lien payoff process is initiated/confirmed (if applicable), and
  • Pickup/delivery and payment terms are finalized.

We may refuse to purchase a vehicle for reasons including title problems, suspected fraud, inability to verify ownership, safety concerns, or other lawful reasons.

7) Title, Ownership, Liens, and Payoffs

You represent that you have the right to sell the vehicle and can deliver a valid title (or legally acceptable ownership documentation). If the vehicle has a lien, you agree to cooperate with the lienholder payoff process. Timing of payoff and title release may depend on the lienholder.

You are responsible for providing accurate lienholder and payoff details and for any fees imposed by a lender or third party that are outside our control, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8) Payment and Pickup

Payment methods and timing vary by transaction and may depend on:

  • Title and document requirements
  • Lien payoff procedures
  • Verification and inspection outcomes
  • Pickup scheduling and location constraints

Pickup scheduling is subject to availability. You agree to provide safe and lawful access to the vehicle for inspection and pickup.

9) Cancellations and No-Show

You may cancel a request or transaction before completion. If you schedule an inspection/pickup and do not appear or cannot provide access, we may cancel the offer. If we have already incurred reasonable costs (for example, third-party inspection or transport arranged at your request), we may seek reimbursement where allowed by law and agreed in writing.

10) Taxes, Registration, and Fees

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are responsible for your own:

  • Past due taxes, tickets, tolls, impound/storage fees
  • Registration issues or penalties associated with your ownership
  • Any obligations not expressly assumed by us in a written agreement

11) Communications, Calls, and Text Messages

By submitting your contact details (phone, email), you consent to receive communications from us about your inquiry and Services, including calls, emails, and text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP (where applicable).

12) Website Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
